VISEART BROW PALETTE - STRUCTURE : VISEART introduces a universal brow palette created for an array of eyebrow looks from the most natural enhancement to the most dramatic designs. This professional palette includes three shades of a semi-hard brow wax and 9 matte pigments essential for brow definition to eye shading. The brow wax is sheer in pigment and designed to be used as a primer for sparse areas of the eyebrow to create depth. The powder pigments have been specially formulated to balance color payoff for eyebrows in a range of hues to work with a full spectrum of hair shades for blond, brunette, auburn to black. This palette has been thoughtfully edited and easily customizes to the ever changing needs of brow art, facial hair enhancement to eye shading.

Imported from France and contains organic ingredients. Not tested on animals. No parabens, gluten, petrochemicals, silicone or mineral oils. Contains 24g / .84oz.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please allow approximately 1-2 business days within Metro Manila, 2-3 business days outside Metro Manila, and 5-10 business days outside the Philippines for delivery. Delivery costs PHP 150 within Metro Manila, and PHP 160 elsewhere. Bulk order costs vary depending upon weight. International shipping rates vary depending upon location. Nationwide shipments are sent through LBC, and international shipments through FedEx or DHL. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
